Drug interactions Caution advised when used concurrently with antiplatelet agents, blood thinners, nitroglycerin or antibiotics. Side effects Stop use and seek immediate medical attention if dizziness, confusion, abnormal heartbeat, difficulty breathing or muscle pain or weakness occurs after taking this product. User should discontinue use if hypersensitivity or symptoms of liver trouble, such as abdominal pain, dark urine and jaundice, occur.
