Jamieson Neurosome™ St. John's Wort is a gentle and effective herb that provides relief of nervousness, restlessness and insomnia. It helps treat mild depression and can be used for relief of neuralgia and chronic pain. Directions Adults: Take 1 tablet 3 times daily. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 18 weeks. NO salt (NaCl), gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Warning Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy.
