Each easy-to-swallow softgel capsule of Kyolic® Omega 3 contains 1,000 mg of fish oil concentrate (molecularly distilled from Northern Pacific sardines), providing 280 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 120 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid); 120 mg of Aged Garlic Extract™ (Allium sativum) bulb; and 5 IU of vitamin E (mixed tocopherols). This product does not contain any artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours, or sodium, milk products, yeast, or gluten.
