Arnica Oil (PRODUCT NO. HO_ARNI) Sprains / Bruises Traditionally used to soothe sore muscles and inflammation due to sprains, bruises and wounds NPN 80003672 Arnica Oil - The "Stand Up and Go" Remedy Native to the mountainous regions of Europe, in Germany this perennial herb goes by the common names of “wound herb” or “fracture herb” and bears a folkloric mystique as a “wonder plant”. In the upland areas, where cuts and scrapes from falling down are commonplace, the locals in their dialect call it the “stand up and go” plant in tribute to its healing powers. A natural herbal treatment, our Arnica Oil is made from organically grown flowering tops infused in extra virgin olive oil and is used topically to soothe sore muscles and inflammations due to sprains, bruises, dislocations and wounds, not to mention varicose veins. Modern research has offered a resounding confirmation of the traditional uses of arnica. Amazingly enough, some of its compounds have been found to be even more effective than a standard anti-inflammatory drug like indomethacin for reducing inflammation.
